📋 How to Do This Activity

Step 1

Fill one plastic bottle about two-thirds full with water.

Add a few drops of food colouring or glitter to the water for visual effect.

Connect the two bottles at their necks using the bottle connector or duct tape.

Step 4

Flip the assembly so the water-filled bottle is on top.

Step 5

Swirl the bottles in a circular motion — watch a tornado vortex form as water drains.
