🏢 About STEMLab India

STEMLab India is a STEM education brand owned and operated by Webgapp, a software company registered in Tamil Nadu, India. By registering for any STEMLab India programme, competition, workshop, bootcamp or event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

🎓 Eligibility
  • Our courses and programmes are open to all school students aged 5 to 17 years
  • Individual competitions may have specific eligibility criteria — these will be clearly stated on the event page
  • A parent or legal guardian must register on behalf of any student under 18 years of age
  • STEMLab India reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject registrations that do not meet the stated criteria
  • Providing false information during registration may result in disqualification without refund
📝 Registration & Payment
  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received and processed by Razorpay
  • One registration per student per event or programme unless otherwise specified
  • All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment failures due to bank or network issues are not the responsibility of STEMLab India — contact your bank or try again
  • STEMLab India issues payment confirmation by email after successful registration
  • Fees and pricing may change for future programmes — registered participants are not affected by price changes after payment
🏆 Competition Rules
  • All competition submissions must follow the rules stated on the competition page — including time limits, file size limits and topic guidelines
  • Submitted videos and models must be the original work of the registered student
  • Submissions must be uploaded before the stated deadline — late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
  • STEMLab India has the right to disqualify any submission that does not follow the rules, contains inappropriate content, or was not created by the registered student
  • Competition results and shortlisting decisions by STEMLab India are final — no appeals will be entertained
  • E-Certificates are issued to all valid participants who submit before the deadline
⚠️ Submitted competition content (videos, model photos, project descriptions) may be used by STEMLab India for promotional and educational purposes. Parent consent is assumed at the time of registration. If you do not consent, email us before submitting.
🧑‍🏫 Courses & Programmes
  • Session schedules are shared with enrolled students by email — STEMLab India reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable prior notice
  • Students must attend sessions on time and behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students
  • Parents must not interfere with live sessions unless specifically invited by the instructor
  • STEMLab India reserves the right to remove a student from a programme for serious misconduct without refund
  • Missed sessions are not compensated unless the absence is due to a cancellation by STEMLab India
  • Kit materials provided are the property of the student once handed over — replacement kits will be charged separately if lost or damaged
©️ Intellectual Property
  • All curriculum content, session materials, videos, worksheets, project guides and any other content created by STEMLab India are the intellectual property of Webgapp
  • Students and parents may not record, copy, screenshot, redistribute or republish any STEMLab India content without prior written permission from Webgapp
  • Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action under Indian copyright law
⚠️ Liability
  • STEMLab India is not responsible for any injury, damage or accident that occurs during home-based project building or model making
  • STEMLab India is not responsible for loss of competition video files due to incorrect upload by the parent or guardian
  • STEMLab India is not responsible for Razorpay payment failures, bank declines or network issues during payment
  • STEMLab India is not responsible for internet connectivity issues that prevent participation in online sessions or live rounds
  • STEMLab India's total liability in any dispute is limited to the fee paid for that specific programme or event
🔄 Changes to These Terms

STEMLab India reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For major changes, we will notify registered users by email.

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of STEMLab India services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India. By registering, you agree to this jurisdiction.
